All of our candles are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at wucandles@hotmail.com for further details.
 

We ship all orders via UPS and USPS, and all orders are normally delivered within 5-7 business days after an order is shipped. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

Please use care and precautions when using candles. Burn at your own risk. It is recommended to place a lit candle on a heat resistant surface to prevent any possibility of heat damage. Wu Candles assumes no responsibility for any damage that might occur due to misuse of candles, and candle burning.
